I have been aching to get back to my keyboard for a while now. I’d like to say that I have been on a bit of a digital break but that wouldn’t be accurate. I knew writing was something I had always wanted to do and Oceanslug did become my platform however the longer I shelved my posts, the more challenging it would become to start again. Without getting into too much detail about where I have been – I had to take a step back for a short period of time to appreciate all my new experiences, changes and opportunities that popped up in the past 24 or so months. All in all let’s just say I had these ideas in my head but never actually sat down and wrote them out physically. Let’s see where we go from here.

Since my last consistent updates and prior to returning back to Australia, I had travelled all around the outskirts of Melbourne, Great Ocean Road, Reefton Spurs, Noosa and Brisbane, Bali and Nusa Lembongan, Cambodia, Koh Sdach, a bit of Germany and landed back in the waters of Thailand, restoring the beautiful reefs that made me fall in love with the ocean in the first place.
